Srinagar: Two local militant have been killed in ongoing encounter between militants and government forces in Adkhara area of Imam Sahib in south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Friday morning.
Sources said that two local militants have been killed after contact was established with hiding militants.
During the exchange of fire one army man was also injured and was shifted to army base hospital for treatment.
As per the sources there is still one militant believed to be trapped. The internet services have been suspended in the south Kashmir immediately after the encounte.
