Srinagar: The death toll due to COVID -19 has mounted to 9 in Jammu and Kashmir as one more positive case from Srinagar has died in SMSH hospital on Wednesday evening
Medical superintendent SMHS hospital, Dr Nazir Chowdary told that a 38-year-old man, who hails from Alamgari Bazar area of Srinagar was admitted in the hospital on May 05. ”He was tested positive yesterday and died on late Wednesday evening, he said.
Earlier, eight people have died due to COVID-19 in Jammu and Kashmir. With new death, the toll has reached 9 in the union territory.
