At lest nine youth have been detained by the government forces during a night raid at a village in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
A police official said that the forces in the dead of night surrounded a cluster of houses in Gundidarvesh village of Shopian and arrested as many as nine youth.
The youth, according to the official, are being quizzed for their alleged role in various stone-pelting incidents on forces.
