Kulgam, June 9(QNS): The State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) Kulgam on Sunday launched a search and rescue operation in Aharbal Nallah after a man was reported missing and is feared to have drowned.
The missing person has been identified as Wasim Ahmad Malik, 33, son of Mohammad Yaseen Malik, a resident of New Colony Alayipora, Shopian.
Authorities said efforts are underway to locate him, and further details will be shared as the operation progresses.(QNS)
