Government forces on Tuesday afternoon launched a cordon-and-search-operation in Hathlangoo area of Sopore in north kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Reports said a joint team of forces including Army’s 22RR, Police and CRPF jointly launched the searches in Hathlango area.
An official said the searches were launched following inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
