Budgam: District Administration Budgam Tuesday banned the use of plastic items in all government offices across the district.
An order issued by the Deputy Commissioner Budgam impressed upon all the District/ Sectoral officers of the district to ensure that plastic bottles and other plastic items are not used in their offices and also in their respective subordinate offices across the district.
The DC ordered adherence of the orders in letter and spirit and said that any negligence shall be viewed seriously and dealt as warranted under rules.
