Two militants were killed and three army soldiers wounded in a gunfight with the militants in Chattergam area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday.
Reports said that two militants were killed and three army men injured in the gunfight that broke out after a joint team of army’s 50RR, CRPF and SOG cordoned off Chattergam.
A senior police official confirmed that two militants were killed and three army men injured in the gunfight.
He said the identity of the slain militants was yet to be ascertained.
