Kulgam, May 18: Clashes erupt during cordon and search operation in Kujjar village of Kulgam district.
Reports reaching to KNO that as soon as forces launched search operation in the area, youth took to streets and started pelting stones on government forces which was retialated by smoking tear smoke and sound shells.
Earlier a joint team of forces including Ist RR launched search operation in the area following credible inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
As per locals clashes amid door to door search operation is going on.
