In a tragic road accident on Friday, a J&K policeman died and two others were seriously injured after a car they were travelling in met with an accident in Jammu Kashmir’s Doda district.
Reports said that vehicle (load carrier) they were travelling in lost its control at Bhabore and fell into a deep gorge, resulting in injuries to a policeman (SPO) identified as Irfan Ahmed, S/o Nazir Sheikh, R/o Bhabore, and two brothers identified as Mohsin Ali and Liyakat Ali, residents of Roti Padyerna, Doda.
Soon after the incident, all the three injured were first shifted to a Doda hospital for the treatment, however, a policeman was declared dead on arrival.
Meanwhile, police have taken the cognizance of the accident.
