Srinagar, April 19(QNS): Jammu and Kashmir has recorded moderate to heavy rainfall over the past 18 hours, along with light snowfall in higher regions.
According to Weatherman, The weather system is now intensifying and is expected to bring widespread moderate to very heavy rain and thunderstorms across the region in the next 24 hours.
Light to moderate snowfall is likely over upper reaches. Explosive weather activity in North Pakistan is also expected to trigger severe thunderstorms with strong winds across the Kashmir Valley.
Residents are advised to stay alert and follow official weather advisories.(QNS)
