Chairman Karwani Islami Jammu and Kashmir, Molana Ghulam Rasool Hami on Friday slammed central government for passing triple talaq bill in the Lok Sabha on 27 this month.
Hami alleged that BJP supported the bill for the politic benefits for the up-coming elections. “By passing such bills they want to mislead the Islam religion but the day is not far when every individual of the country will not support the Islam religion” he said adding that Triple Talaq in the Islam is for the benefits of women and due to it women has no harm. “The Way of Life Shown by Islam isn’t shown By any Other.

Hami Said that it is only by Islamic Teachings that humanity still exists, and According To Islam at the time of Nikkah a man is briefed about the rights of Women and after accepting those Rights then only they can live their Life happily.
He said that Hami Alleged that Some Anti-Islamic Powers are Trying Malign the Image of Islam and Islamic Laws and are Spreading Venom against Muslims. Hami said that a women is given rights in triple talaq like that of Nikkah.
“We are not against implementing of orders in the country but we are against the way with which the triple talaq was presented in the Supreme Court” he said
Pertinently the Bill was passed makes instant triple talaq void and illegal.it seeks to make the practice of instant triple talaq a punishable offence with imprisonment of up to three years.
