A 6-year-old boy died on Monday evening after he drowned into a stream in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
Reports said that the boy drowned on Monday evening after he accidentally slipped into a stream near his home in Arkhera area of Imam Sahib Shopian.
The deceased has been identified as Jibran Mudasir son of Mudasir Ahmad Bhat, a resident of Arkhera area of Imam Sahib Shopian,
His body was later retrieved and was rushed to the nearest hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
