Poonch, April 29: A man missing from Sunday evening was found lying dead in a car near Poonch district hospital.
Deceased has been identified as Deepak Singh @Dipu son of Rattan Singh resident of Poonch Khori Nar.
Police officials told KNO that he was missing since Sunday evening and on Monday a white colour Maruti 800 car was found parked near Poonch hospital and the said missing man was found lying dead.
Soon, team of police reached on spot and body was removed after completion of legal formalities while post mortem examination was conducted in Poonch district.
An officer said that death has taken place under mysterious circumstances and we have started investigation into the matter under relevant sections of law.
He added that post mortem examination has also been conducted in local hospital and it’s report will clear many things in the case.
