Ganderbal Police arrested the accused person who attacked student with a Sharp Object at Qamariya Park yesterday afternoon. The accused was arrested at Nagbal Chowk near Petrol Pump and disclosed his identity as Abrar Ahmad Parray S/O Mohd Ismail Parray R/O Rangil Nagbal.
During the investigation, it came fore that the scuffle had taken place between the duo (Accused & Victim) over a love affair relationship with the same girl (Name Withheld).
Both victim & accused claimed that they are involved in a love affair with the same girl (Name Withheld). They further disclosed that the heated argument between the two turned into a scuffle in which the victim got injured, stable now.
In this regard, Case FIR No. 271/23 under relevant sections of law stands registered at PS Ganderbal.
