Srinagar, Jan 10: It is hereby notified for the information of all commercial vehicle owners and drivers intending to visit our office for fitness updates that they are now required to ensure that their Speed Limiting Devices (SLD) are updated online on the Vahan portal for updating fitness.
Due to a recent update on the Vahan portal, our office is not in a position to proceed with fitness certification updates without the SLD details already updated online.
To avoid any inconvenience, vehicle owners and drivers are advised to update their SLD details online through registered SLD vendors who possess the necessary login credentials to update the SLD information on the Vahan portal.
