Srinagar,July 25: In a tragic incident, SPO Shafeeq Ahmad khan, son of Sadder Din Khan resident of Diver Lolab, passed away today due to a heart attack. He was affiliated with 151/SPO of IRP 20th Battalion, F Company.
The unfortunate incident occurred while SPO Shafeeq was offering Friday prayers at the District Police Lines (DPL) Budgam. He reportedly collapsed during the Jumma (Friday) namaz. Fellow personnel immediately rushed him to a nearby hospital, where he was declared brought dead by the medical staff.
The police department and his colleagues expressed deep sorrow over the untimely demise of SPO Shafeeq and extended heartfelt condolences to his family.
