MeT predicts further dip in minimum temp in coming days

Srinagar, Dec 18: Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, recorded coldest night of the season while the local Meteorological department is expecting further dip in coming days.

MeT officials told that the minimum temperature in Srinagar plummeted further, saying that at minus 6.0 degree celsius, the J&K’s summer capital recorded coldest night of season.

There is possibility of further dip in coming days, officials said.

Intense cold conditions prevail across Jammu and Kashmir from last couple of days. The weatherman has predicted fresh snowfall on December 24, saying that a Western Disturbance is affecting J&K from December 24-26. (KNO)
