Train services were suspended on Monday for security reasons in the Kashmir valley,on the first of the four phased S Urban Local Bodies (UBL) and Panchayat polling today. Separatists have called for a general strike.
A senior railway official told, We have suspended all train runs in the Kashmir valley after an advisory was received from police last night.
