The weather is likely to improve on Friday after days of rains and snowfall, said an official from Meteorological department Kashmir.

The ski resort Gulmarg was at minus 6.4 and tourist destination Pahalgam was at minus 1.1.
Leh town in Ladakh was at minus 5.4and Kargil minus 13.2, Drass was the coldest at minus 9.4.
Jammu city recorded 10.1 degrees Celsius, Katra town 9.4, Batote 2.1, Bannihal 3.8 and Bhaderwah 1.6 degrees as the minimum temperatures.
