A woman died and two others were seriously injured in a road mishap in Ganderbal district of central Kashmir on Thursday.
An official said that a truck bearing number JK07-4017 and a car bearing number JK04-5200 collided at Baroosa bypass in Ganderbal, resulting in injuries to three persons travelling in the car.
All the injured were rushed to a nearby hospital where from a critically injured woman, identified as Neelofer W/o Bashir Ahmed Sheikh R/o Bandipora (50), was referred to SKIMS Soura where she succumbed.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident, he said.
