Four youth from this north Kashmir district have been booked under the Public Safety Act (PSA) and shifted to different jails in Jammu region of the state, sources said on Wednesday.
Gowhar Hassan Parray, Ishfaq Ahmad Parray, Aijaz Ahmad Mir and Bilal Ahmad Parray, all residents of Hajin here have been booked under PSA and shifted to Kot Balwal and Hira Nagar jails in the Jammu region respectively.
Sources said that the youth have been booked on stone pelting charges and taking part in protests.
They said that the youth were arrested more than a month earlier and were lodged in police station Hajin.
