Government has intensified security and naka checking across the Sgr.
Witnesses said that government forces have established laid naka’s at several places including uptown areas where ID cards and vehicles of commuters are thoroughly checked.
The heightened security arrangements come a day after two NC workers were shot dead in Old City’s Karfali Mohalla.
The deployments of Police and CRPF personnel have also been made at all the major entry and exit points of the city.
