Madhya Pradesh March 05: Call it an addiction of the game or stupidity, a young man from Chhindwara in Madhya Pradesh drank acid instead of drinking water while playing PUBG.
According to a report, the youth was so busy in the game that he picked the bottle of acid by mistake and drank it.
After the accident, the teenager was rushed to the nearby hospital where doctors operated on his intestine for more than 10 hours. The first few hours after the operation were really crucial, but now it is said that the youth is out of danger
Recently, the makers of ‘PUBG’, Tencent announced that they will do anything for the government to crackdown on people’s gaming addiction that has caused a lot of incidents in last few years.
These incidents have also affected the company’s revenues.Tencent has revealed that they will be imposing a digital lock on many games that requires kids under 13 years to ask their parents or guardians to open the game. This digital lock technology will soon be launched in China for ‘PUBG’ and other games.
The government has minimised the release of games per year and has also made many rules for the youths. The government is also collaborating with game-developing companies to try and minimise the incidents taking place because of games.
