A youth was killed during a scuffle between two villages over water dispute on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Adfar Parra, a resident of Homhuna at Imamsahib.
The scuffle, reports said, broke out between Adfar’s village and a neighbouring village over some water dispute.
Police has registered a case and taken up investigations.
