A shutdown is being observed in Budgam and Magam towns in central Kashmir’s Budgam district against the alleged rape of a three-year-old girl in Bandipora district.
Reports said shops and business establishments were closed while traffic movement was also affected in both the towns.
Forces personnel were also deployed in the two towns as a precautionary measure to maintain law and order, reports said.
