Srinagar, Jan 31(QNS): In a swift action following a viral video, Shopian police have seized a Mahindra Thar for violating traffic norms. The Regional Transport Officer (RTO) Kashmir, Mr. Qazi Irfan, has taken strict action against the violators, blacklisting the vehicle with immediate effect.
