SRINAGAR, MAY 22: Tehreek-e-Hurriyat chairman Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai on Wednesday urged the world human rights bodies to take note of the sufferings of Kashmiri people and come for their rescue.

While paying his heartfelt tributes to Kulgam Marty’s, he said the forces have yet again demonstrated the gory act of unscrupulous violence today in Kulgam and martyred two more youths who offered their lives for their political birth rights.

We as a nation are indebted to these pious sacrifices and it is our moral and religious responsibility to to safe guard these sacrifices collectively and individually.

In his statement Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Chairman Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai said the blood of Kashmiris continuously flown and forces break all-time records of barbarism in Kashmir. We have been deprived of freedom right, instead India on the pretext of oppression all out brutalizing Kashmiris.

The Indian policy since inception speaks the volumes of oppression and suppression especially the ones brought under subjugation by forces or deceit. These brutalities are committed in order to deter the people of Kashmir from raising their just voice. But let me reiterate by using unbridled power such freedom movements never die.

He said, “The full scale war has been waged against Kashmiris just to silence the voices and demand for right to self-determination. Kashmiri people irrespective of their age and gender have offered priceless sacrifices for the Kashmir cause. Their sacrifices won’t go in a vain.”

And despite Kashmiris having been subjugated to the worst in human experiences over the decades the people of Kashmir have developed a firm belief that there is no U-Turn on the way struggle.

Sehrai reiterated his appeal to the world community and all international human rights organisations to take a strong note of this humanitarian crisis and press india to stop this blood shed and full scale war on innocent population who are just demanded their legitimate basic political rights which has been promised and guaranteed to us.
