After two days witnessing ot dry weather conditions fresh spell of rain in the Kashmir Valley likely from May 10.

According to the report of skymetweather dry weather is expected to persist today and tomorrow as well. Even on May 9, weather activity will be on the lower side only. However, starting May 10, rainfall activity will pick up pace and will be seen in Jammu and Kashmir.

Rainfall activity will begin on May 10 and remain widespread until May 11. Rainfall may reduce to some extent on May 12. However, May 13 onward, rains and thundershowers will once again pick up pace and will be on its peak on May 14 and 15.

These rains will be attributed to the approach of back to back Western Disturbances as well as their induced Circulations. 

Jammu and Kashmir will have to settle with rain and thundershowers. Snowfall activity may be seen in the higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir during this time.
