Srinagar, May 10: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) Wednesday attached properties at several places in three districts in Kashmir valley. 

Officials in the knowhow of development told GNS that six shops, belonging to one Fayaz Ahmad Magray, built on 5.5 Marlas land, were attached under UAPA in Lethpora area in Pulwama district.

The property holder is accused in NIA case RC-10/2018/NIA/DLI, they said.

The agency sleuths, the officials said also attached an immovable property, measuring 3.5 Marlas belonging to one Daulat Ali Mughal of Shilabhatu Mohalla in Manigah village in Kupwara district.

The property holder is involved in NIA case no. RC-2018/NIA/DLI, registered under UAPA, officials said.

Similarly, the agency attached an immovable property in Hermain village of Shopian district under UAPA, belonging to one Ishaq Pala of Aloora village.

The accused, Pala, is involved in NIA case no. RC- 07/2018/NIA/DLI registered under UAPA.

The official said that the properties have been attached on the orders of special NIA court Jammu. (GNS)
