Srinagar: In view of the continuing humid heat wave and prediction of Meteorological Department, Private Schools’ Association of Jammu and Kashmir (PSAJK) has appealed Govt to extend Summer Vacation till 1st August as it will be harsh for children especially kids to attend the school given the fact that most of the schools particularly in Govt sector lack basic facilities.

The parents are also calling schools to extend the vacations as most of the kids can’t bear the scorching heat.
