Basant Rath Ex IG traffic Kashmir has rescued many Kashmiris from different corners of Jammu.
He shifted and rescued more than 20 families. He was ferrying himself all of them in his own personal car.
One of the rescued Kashmiri told us on phone that Post Pulwama Attack resulted fear of communal
Violence in different parts of India mostly in Jammu Division.
I also wanted to shift my family but due to continous curfew , I could not manage to make available of any lift.
I came to know from someone that Basant Sir has offered Help to any Kashmiri in Jammu division. We talked him on phone and requested for help,Within no time he came to Janipur area of Jammu and shifted us to a safer place.
Another Kashmiri Told that he was carrying the Kashmiris in his vehicle day and night amid curfew to safer places.
