Jammu: Two suspected militants were arrested Monday in Ramban district of Jammu region, a senior police officer said.
Shoukat Ahmad of Awantipora and Taufeeq Ahmad of Kulgam were arrested in Gool area around 3.30 am, the officer said.
Both of them are taken into custody,” the official said. He said questioning of both the suspects was going by police.
“We are analysing all the angles in their questioning as we have apprehensions about their involvement in militancy related activity,” the official said.
